I have noticed all the debate in the media lately over intelligent design. One secular source said this was just trying to bring God back into the schools through the side door. I guess I commend those who are trying to save the last vestages of good in the public schools, but even if you could have prayer in school, teach intelligent design, and read your bible, the rest of the machine is corrupt. Sounds like stone soup or something. Throwing anything and everything in the pot. Mixing truth and error. Sounds like the new versions of the bible... They need to put all the good back in and get rid of all the bad. If someone was able to accomplish such a feat I'd think it was the end for sure ( the man of peace )

The saddest part of all is that this "intelligent design" debate is rather moot for the Christian view anyway. This is because the "intelligent design" they are wanting to teach doesn't necessarily mean that God was the "designer." They say that life coming to be on earth may have been through the design of other "intelligent" beings, aliens, spirits, the God of the Bible, or a combination thereof. It truly is mixing "possible" truth with error. What they need is Jonah to go to Washington D.C. and say: Yet forty days, and Nineveh (the United States) shall be overthrown. Then maybe the people of America might: So the people of Nineveh (the United States) believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them. Perhaps Elijah to call a little fire down from heaven? Br. Tony
