Dear Sister Darlene, Just wanted to take a moment here and tell you what a beautiful family you have. I loved seeing your photos, I was just reading a few of the topics and stumbled on "Ben Smith Family Photos", so how nice to have a picture in my mind as I pray for you all and read your postings. Thanks! Hope you are feeling well in your new pregnancy, don't forget to rest! I know that is hard in the summer with everything there is to do in country life. My folks used to live in Dickson, TN. Both are gone to Heaven now, but I used to look forward to our trips home to TN. Praying for you, Sister Johanna

Sister Darlene what a beautiful photo! Your family is precious. And so many daughters! I have only 3 sons,( and had always hoped for daughters, but the Lord had other plans) so I was impressed to see your girls. But the Lord is good and has given me 3 "daughters-in-love" who are good wives to my sons and good mamas to my grandchildren. I also am blessed to have 6 granddaughters so far.I know your girls are a wonderful help to their mama. What a blessing to see them all dressed in what I call proper clothing...you know modest and lovely! And all "covered" with a veil. Darlene, I think your veils look very nice, mind if I ask where you get those coverings?! Do you make them? I would like to get some like yours. Hope you will keep adding photos, I wish everyone on this site could add photos, I will try someday to figure out how to get photos from my camera to here. I should've been born in the 1700's, I would've fared much better. Technology sees me coming and starts laughing.! Hope you and your family have a day blessed by God. I'm praying for you all. I gotta get out of here and garden! ;D Sister Pam (Johanna)

A lady at our old church told me of a place in Pa that I could order these coverings, we have not gotten new ones since 2007, we need to refind that store and order new ones, ours are getting quite old. They do wash up nicely, and we like the way they fit, and the way they hang.
I'll let you know when we order again in the near future, I'll find out the address.
