Dear Frances,
Sorry it took me so long to get you this information. I try to eat within two hours of waking up in the morning. I hope this has been helpful. I do not get in 5 snacks yet just three or four so far. I'm working on it.
Have a great day sister!

This is the book I have that tells about eating three regular meals and 5 mini meals or snacks.
This book is an excellent resource packed with balanced diet information. He believes in eating healthy foods and using herbs when necessary. Most diets are imbalanced and are unhealthy in the long run. What he teaches is a balanced healthy way of eating for the rest of your life. I really like his book, I got my copy in 1991. It's been packed away in a box for years, I'm glad I found it.
There is too much for me to write down, so I thought you might just want to purchase one and read the book. It's all good. This site sells them for 1.00 That's a great price. Let me know if you decide to get a copy!
He says to eat a good breakfast. He says eat like a King at breakfast, like a Queen at lunch, and like a Pauper at diner. He says alot of people do not eat breakfast but they eat a big dinner and are not hungry the next morning. He suggest that you eat less for dinner and if that does not work to skip dinner and you should be hungry the next morning.
Eat in a calm and peaceful place.
It is best not to eat when you are angry, nervous or otherwise upset. If you must eat in a hurry eat a very small meal.
Eat slowly, by eating slowly the digestion has a chance to catch up with the mouth. Chew food at least 20 times.
Stop eating when you are full.
If you practice the three meals 5 snack a day plan, you will feel fuller sooner.
Drink 30 min before or 30 min after your meal
Exercise, do not eat immediately before of after a meal
The best way to eliminate a bad habit is to develop a healthier one in it's place.
