Mexican Corn BreadI makes a large loaf we mix it in the Bread machine then put it in a Bread pan and bake on 350' for 30 to 35 min or until done. Butter top when it comes out.
Note: Both the corn and salsa can throw the liquid/flour ratio, so check the dough 3 to 5 min into the kneading and add more water or flour if necessary...we added more flour (it's been rainy here)1 1/3 cups creamed corn 2 Tb corn oil 1 1/3 Tb 1/2 cup grated cheese ( cheddar) 1/2 cup salsa 2/3 tsp salt 1 cup corn meal 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Four 2 Tb yeast Mix in Bread machine. Put in order given, put on dough cycle, press start, when it beeps grease your hands, and form into a loaf. Put in greased pan and bake. This looks like wheat bread, but it is delightfully different. .
