A few days ago I shared how the Lord fixed my car for me. now he has once again blessed me in an amazing way. I do not understand why He has been blessing me the way he has lately. I sure do not deserve it. However, I wanted to share it so others can praise God with me.
Tuesday evening we had company for dinner and Two of the people that came were lost. The lady Suzanne gave me a wrapped present. She said it was a thank you gift because I had done her chores for her for two weeks when she went to be with her daughter who had just given birth. Inside was a blood pressure cuff! Now who gives a blood pressure cuff as a thank you gift? This is the exact cuff I wanted for when I started out on my own as a midwife.
The second blessing came in the form of her brother Donald. We have mentioned to no one that our finances are stretched. However while I was at the post office Wednesday cleaning. Donald came in ( A lost man) and said while he was praying that morning God told him to give me a love gift. he said it was not much however he wanted me to have it. Later when I opened the envelope I found it contained $ 100.00's in it. How amazing is that.
The third blessing I have had this month is a little more personal. I have been having some personal problems with some one that is very close to me and I was getting very discouraged that it was never going to change. it had been going on for years. I came to the end of my rope and literally cried out to God for help. I even asked others for prayer. Within just a few days God showed me some things I could be doing differently than allowed for this person and I to talk. WOW have things been different. It is as though there was never a problem in the first place.
I am just so overwhelmed at the goodness of God and what all he has done for me lately. It makes me feel ashamed that I could ever doubt him or allow myself to complain when things are seeming to go wrong.
