Tribulation Saints are judged with all other believers, at the Bema Seat.
Consider the timeline and supporting verses:
The Tribulation, or the last 1/2 of if, depending on how you interpret certain verses is 3-1/2 years long, agreed? This is, according to scripture 1260 days long:
Rev. 11:2 the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty [and] two months.
3-1/2 years
Rev. 11:3 I will give [power] unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
3-1/2 years
Rev 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty [and] two months.
3-1/2 years
Dan 12:7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which [was] upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that [it shall be] for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these [things] shall be finished.
3-1/2 years
Antichrist will break his covenant with Israel and demands worship at the beginning for the next 3-1/2 years, which is 42 months, which is 1260 days. though many in Israel will perish becasue of this betrayal, many will be supernaturally preserved for 3-1/2 years:
Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
Now remember, Daniel said:
Dan 12:11 And from the time [that] the daily [sacrifice] shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, [there shall be] a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
Daniel said once the abomination is set up there is 1290 days. Contradiction? Absolutely not. This 30 day period is the time of the great wrath of the Lamb. It is a short time:
Isa 26:20 ¶ Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
Isa 26:21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
Zec 11:8 Three shepherds also I cut off in one month; and my soul lothed them, and their soul also abhorred me.
Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
The Tribulation, which is a time of great trial, will end with the pouring out of the vial judgements over a 30 day period. There will be NO EVANGELISM then, EXCEPT for the unbelieving Jews who will be repenting because they have seen Jesus when he raptures out the church after the 7th Trumpet:
1Cr 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Rev 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Rev 11:15 ¶ And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
It will not be a SECRET rapture as taught by some.
Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
the Jews will see he, Christ, who was pierced for them and spend the next 30 days in contrition:
Zec 12:10 ¶ And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for [his] only [son], and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for [his] firstborn.
Zec 12:11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.
At that time the everlasting gospel will be proclaimed to them.
Rev 14:6 ¶ And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
Rev 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
This hour of judgement is not the tribulation in general, but final and great conflagration, i.e., the Wrath of the Lamb, the seven vials. During this time, two things are occuring in heaven The Bema Seat judgement, and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. These are concluded with all the saints coming back with Jesus at Armageddon, the last vial.
Prior to the 7 vials is the 7th Trumpet which calls the righteous to their judgement, and the unrighteous to the time of God's indignation.
Rev 11:14 The second woe is past; [and], behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
Rev. 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
So at the close of 1260 days we split into two scenes.
Scene 1, On Earth - The Wrath of the Lamb is come
Scene 2, In Heaven - the (resurrected) dead are judged, as well as the saints (you figure out which ones, I think both.)
This judgement of dead, prophets, and saints is occuring at the close of 1260 days while Earth is getting its last 30 days of wrath prior to the Official 2nd coming with the saints.
The Jews that are being supernatually hidden and are repenting, and the remaining people groups around the globe will walk into the Kingdom after Christ returns. The remaining people groups will (as I see it,) be judged in the judgement of nations for the next 45 days. Again, Daniel said:
Dan 12:12 Blessed [is] he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.
Do the math: 1260 + 30 = 1290, then + 45 = 1335, just like Daniel said.
Micah 4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
Micah 4:3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
Mat 25:31 ¶ When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Mat 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth [his] sheep from the goats:
That's my take on the end of the tribulation, and judgement of all groups except the wicked dead which will be at the Great White Throne Judgement.
