I am making dear Hubby a nightshirt and then three nightgowns for me. When I am done with these I need to make Munchkin ( my 4 year old granddaughter) a new jumper to start school in three weeks.
since wal mart stopped selling fabric I have been unable to locate plain flannel to sew for HUbby, my son in law and my grandson. Do you know where I can buy plain flannel?

I contacted them already and their flannel is all feminine. I need something without florals for men's nightshirts. I have some juvenile prints for baby Julian. My daughter does not dress her family plain but Hubby wants solids.

JoAnn Fabrics has an online store or www.fabrics.com is another option. I have sewn a man's robe up before using flannel, just remember to prewash it :-) Happy Stitching Sister Penny

thank you! I never realized Joanns had online shopping. They probably have just what I need for Hubby's shirts as well. I made him one nightshirt with PJ bottoms to layer for warmth in the winter but he needs one more set.
Thank you for this info!

I'm not sure whether they exist in America, but here in Australia we have a chain of stores called 'Spotlight' which sell just about every sort of fabric imaginable and mostly at reasonably prices.
