Homemade Sour Cream
1 qt Whole Milk
2 Tb of Sour Cream
Heat milk to 180' to every qt jar add 2 Tb of store bought Sour Cream
Put in cooler with warm water (warmer than luke warm) with water to neck of the jar, leave over night or 24 hours until thick.
