Praise God what an opportunity has been given me out of the ashes of a mess!
I have been given the opportunity to go to Rockford, Illinois to the headquarters of Reformers Unanimous International for 2 weeks. I plan to leave next Tuesday, March 7, if I can. I believe we can book the flights tomorrow.
While there I will be working directly for Brother Ben Burks, the international director of the ministry. It will be a time for me to learn first hand the inner workings of the ministry and give them some much needed assistance also.
This came up suddenly due to a not too pleasant situation in my life that has since also been taken care of .
Praise God for His Goodness and mercy!!!!

I apologize for neglecting to post anything about my trip. It was somewhat of a disaster. I got sick while there. Then the last day I hurt my back somehow. I think it may have been cumulative because of the bed. I experienced quite a bit of gastro-intestinal distress. I was told it may have been the water that caused it.
However I did learn quite a bit. I especially learned the needs of the RUI ministry and specfically what they need in the line of prayer. The primary thing I learned or perhaps better said had emphasized to me is the fact the strength in the ministry is in the curriculum. The reason for this is everything in the curriculum is either directly from the Bible or is a study of the Bible and how we can apply it to our lives.
I ended up coming back a few days early due to the illness. It took me almost a week to get back to "normal."
