Well all i wanted to update you all. I am going to be going to the free clinic as soon as i can get a appoinment.. I just am not feeling any better only worse. I am worn out.. I have slept most of the afternoon and yet I am still just wiped out.. all i want to do is go to the bathroom and lay back down.. After doing some reading I am thinking it might not be anything i have even thought it was... A few years ago I was told that i had Lupus. at the time i was not showing any signs so they told me that i might not ever have any issues with it but then again i might... NOW after rereading information on this illiness it looks like i could dealing with it... It is time not to fool around anymore and see a doctor. If it is the Lupus I need to make sure i have medicine to take care of the side effects.. there is nothing they can do about it but they can at least help with side effects.. Anywhere if you can please pray for me and my family as i do call for a appoinment and have test done.. god bless glenda

Ah sister Glenda the thought of Lupus had not even crossed my mind. Now the symptoms you have described make sense to me. I pray you can get an appointment quickly. I just could not connect the pain issue with any kind of food poisoning or even heat related illness. Now the pain issue fits right into what you have said. It is my understanding that often attacks of active Lupus can be caused by emotional distress. You have been enduring so much of that lately.
I shall continue to pray for you.
IN Christ, George

Well all i went to the doctor. they took blood i should have the results on that tomorrow. He checked me out real well... He gave me two meds to take. One is Aciphex and the other is Reglan. Both are for my tummy from what i understand.
I was told that if the blood work does not come back right he has already told me that I will have to have blood given to me.. HE said that i am from what he can see that i am a animic?on spelling..
I am very tired. I almost throw up on the doctor when he pushed on my tummy, then after he took blood I about passed out... Pour man i dont thing he knew what to do..
I will update you all when i know more. He did say that I was going to have to take it easy for a while. NO harm intented but I dont see me being able to do that.
well all I pray that you all have had a good week. I will post more later
god bless

Dear Sister Glenda, I'm so glad you went to the doctor's. Our bodies tell us in varying degrees when something isn't right, and yours seems to be telling you something in a big way, but even minor things are made worse by excessive worry. Remember that "All things work together for good to them that love God." Jesus said, "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee." I pray that God will give you a very real peace, that your body would begin to heal very soon, and that if there is something major going on, the doctor would discover it quickly.
Sister Brenda

Dear Glenda, Good to hear from you and hope the blood transfusions help you get to feeling better. I'm sure we're all praying for you to get well and on your feet. Perhaps, though, a lot of rest at this point is what you need; hope your housecleaning customers will work with you to reschedule and work around your illness. Glenda, I don't know what your persuasion is about eating meat, and that is a personal decision. Of course, the scripture doesn't condemn having a little meat in the diet, along with the fruits, vegetables, grains, beans and legumes, etc. - rather proclaims that what we eat is made wholesome by the Lord through prayer. I realize a person has to be convinced in their own minds, though, about anything. However, if a person is anemic and the iron level in their blood is down and their Vitamin B levels are down too low, about all that will help that is the "heme" factor in lean red meat. Of course, certain greens have iron in them, but the B vitamins are generally only plentiful in red meat. (This is one area where the "vegetarianism" gurus are having a difficult time spreading their "gospel of vegetarianism", and are having to renege and backtrack and tell their followers to take supplemental Vit. B12. They are preaching their diet as God's perfect plan for man (I have to wonder why God would leave out sufficient Vit. B12 in any "perfect" plan of His?) I also cook in cast iron some because that's supposed to help about iron intake, too, but I don't know. I do know that the type or iron in supplements are generally not the kind that is easy for the body to use. Of course, this may not be a problem for you. If not, if you can have a little bit of real lean hamburger or ground chuck once or twice a week, along with a bit of tuna and roasted chicken along with the good vegetables and fruits that are getting so plentiful at the roadside markets about now (and generally cheaper than at the supermarket), it might help you also. I'm sure you're probably about deluged with well-meaning advice on this thread. If so, you can just file mine in File 13 and take it with a grain of salt, as I'm certainly not a doctor. - Wanda K.

I can honestly say i know the three pints of blood have done good. My brain is no longer in a fog. I am however still so tired and get very worn out quickly.. Doctor wants me to rest and eat small little meals. I have had a hard time eating for some time. I am also on three pills and one when needed. As far as my house cleaning jobs I have talked to most of them and they are all fine with me not cleaning for them right now. Next week i pray to be able to get on my feet enough to drive the children to the houses and allow them to clean for me. It is just a matter of me seeing how i get. Right now if I get up for any length of time i start to get dizzy.. We do eat meat when we have it. Meat is very costly honestly. And when i do have the funds to buy it i make sure the kids eat first then me. If there is none left after the kids eat then i go without. I know that some might not agree with me on this but my children have to have the meat when we have it.. Chicken is something that we do eat a lot of. It is cheap and well most of the time i can cook enough for everyone. Wanda I am thankful that those out there on the blog care enough about me and the children to give me advice. I do appricate it.. Well all i need to go. I get up for a few minutes try to check email, respond back to them, and check my blog and this site and i am wiped out.. I am going to go lay back down. God bless each of you glenda
