Question: When is the last time you either won someone to Christ, or gave a very good witness?
My purpose in asking this is not to give anyone guilt, or a sense of condemnation, but to stimulate us to do the very thing Christ left us here to do, win souls.
I love church, Bible study, singing, fellowshipping, fellowship meals, MMM ;D, but we all know that our main purpose is to be salt and light.
"Say not ye, There are yet four months, and [then] cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest." John 4:35
I would like to encourage you, my brethren to meditate on this all week and look for an opportunity to give the gospel to someone.
Write back as you ponder this and as you have some "divine appointments" this week.
For Christ and souls, Bro. Ben

Well, it's a new week...and i won't rest on what God has done in the past, but i do want to praise Him for it. Here is one of the recent stories to praise God for...A little over a week ago i had the opportunity to share the Gospel using an EvangeCube with our 11 year old neighbor who plays with my daughter. She was thinking hard about it, but didn't make a decision at that time. This past week my wife was able to be in the room with her at AWANA when she prayed to accept Christ. GOD IS GOOD!
Time to find the next soul God wants to save!

Recently the Lord spoke to my heart concerning soul winning. Though I don’t have the gift of being an evangelist, I was aware that all of us are called to be witnesses of Him. It seems that the Lord has to touch many facets regarding this matter: dependence on Him, our responsibility, a heart for the lost and a growing ability to share the gospel. The first step was to let some verses sink deep down into my heart: Prov. 11:30; Dan. 12:3; James 5:19,20; 1 Cor. 9:22 and Rom. 10:1. When the Lord will face me before the judgment seat with the question: “How many souls have you won for Me?”, I want to have been a faithful disciple within the scope of the works he has prepared (Eph. 2:10).

I love lost souls, it has been quite a while since I have actually led a soul in the sinners prayer...I miss that. I love witnessing and handing out good gospel tracts. I have some favorites.
Where will you spend Eternity? Fellowship tract league.
Stand where the fire has been. Gospel Tract Society Inc.
The last prayer meeting. Gospel Tract Society Inc.
The Mark Of The Beast Gospel Tract Society Inc.
The Coming Christ (Two Christs are Coming...One of Calvary, One of Hell Gospel Tract Society Inc.
And here is a book I think all christians should read...We give these out to people who we feel will actually read this book.
The Harvest (An In depth study of the Coming of the Lord, the Antichrist and the fruit of the Earth.) by John Dudley
Weighed In The Balances! This is an excellent tract! Rod and Staff Publishers Inc.
These ministries ask that you give a donation, to help with printing and shipping cost. What a blessing these Ministries are to the Soul winner.
There is a group out of Canada we haven't ordered from in a few years, but they have excellent strong message tracts. I'll try and find some and post the information on them later.
Happy Soul winning Bro Roelf!
Lord Bless you, ~ sister Darlene ~

As I have pushed into talking to people about salvation through our Lord Jesus, I have made some observations:
Praying first is a good idea. Sometimes the Holy Ghost starts things before I realize what he is doing. But, if I start with an intention to preach the gospel, asking for God's help first seems to make things better.
Some people criticize zealous brethren out there preaching the gospel. As long as you want to see people saved, your mistakes are just part of maturing. If you ever see someone who you think is doing it wrong and you love him, I think that you will try to help him with helpful suggestions(do not forget to use scripture) and not to discourage him. If someone criticizes you in such a way, examine yourself according to the Bible(KJB). If God does not tell you that you are wrong in the Bible, be at peace and try to handle the situation the way that Jesus would.
As one matures(read the Bible, pray and do something) talking about Jesus will become more natural.

It is my belief that sisters talking to people about the Bible(especially quoting it) ought to cover their heads. I also believe that women and girls should cover their heads for protection.
I Corinthians 11:10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.
Genesis 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. 5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
