Penny's Fabulously Easy Meatballs 4 lbs ground chuck (or meat of your choice ground) 1 large sweet onion minced 1 lb of Ricotta Cheese 2 cups fresh basil leaves 1 large sprig fresh rosemary 1 cup bread crumbs 5 eggs Salt and Pepper 2 Tablespoons Garlic (I used granules as I was out of fresh) Mix and bake, I make mine using a large cookie scooper and bake them in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or so.
You can freeze these for later use, or make meatball sub sandwiches, whatever you want..
