Homemade Yogurt
1 quart whole milk
1 Tb yogurt from the store (plain)
Heat milk to 180 until it gets a film on top, pour into jar add 1 Tb of Yogurt
Place jars in a cooler with warm water to neck of jar. Water is to be warmer than luke warm. Let sit until thick.
You can sweeten if desired.
