Thank you Anabean
Is Anabean a nickname ?
I've seen Anabaptist in a post somewhere and have no idea what this is
I believe somewhere I read you attend a mennonite church
Where I live there are many mennonites and Amish
The Amish here wear all black clothes from head to foot .... I don't know why this is .... they also use horse and buggy
The mennonite women here wear dresses ( solid pastel colors ) and have mesh like caps .... I believe the dresses they wear are called the cape dress .... I've seen some posts here about the cape dress .... this is all new to me ..... I've been learning so much here
If you have time please answer .... hope I wasn't being too forward in asking about your name .... just wondered if anabean had something to do with anabaptist ..... would like to know too what anabaptist is

Also, I am in NC. What state are you in that you have many Amish and Mennonites?

Also...all here are my brethren if you have been born again. Just wanted to clarify that. I am a believer in Christ first. Anabaptist as far as baptism goes...and a visible member of a local Mennonite church. The most important...is the first. In fact the name "mennonite" means nothing to our Lord and Savior.
