Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Forgive the lateness of this update. For those of you who don't know us we are the Brown family, and at the end of last year we were blessed with our fifth child, and by being voted out of the little country church I Pastored. Throughout the first eight months of this year the Lord had provided housing for us with different friends and family, until late August when He provided for us a little country church house in south Hillsdale county, Michigan. We moved into the building on August 23, and began having services the first Sunday of September. God has blessed me with a secular job at a local "Carter Lumber", and we have just found out recently that child number six is on the way. So far we have had only one visitor, but the Lord works in His time not ours. Our services are Sunday School 10:00am, Morning Preaching at 11:00am, a pot-luck meal after the preaching and then an Afternoon service at 1:30pm. Having an afternoon service instead of an evening service has been a blessing, as we have been able to visit some of the other churches in the area, and it has helped us to take the "Spiritual temperature" of the area. Bretheren pray for us as it is "Mighty cold here." Also, please, pray for me as I have much work to do on the building before the weather turns cold. You can imagine there are a few modifications to make yet to make this comfortable as a home. God bless you all as you seek to do His will!! In Christ, Brother Brown

There is probably nothing more painful than to have a church that you have poured yourself into and proclaimed God's Word in to turn on you...been there, seen it, got the shirt, and don't want to go there again.
Much prayer for you in your new place of service. May God bless you as you seek His will and work to build His Kingdom.
in HIS grip bro bobby
