Here are some ideas for different fruit smoothies, all natural, healthy and kid friendly.
Strawberry-Orange Slushy 2 cups frozen strawberries juice from 4 oranges 1-2tsp honey (optional) 1 banana Blend until smooth.
My daughters favorite smoothie 1 container yogurt, whatever flavor 1 frozen banana frozen berries milk (to make it more drinkable) Blend until smooth.
Peanut Butter Smoothie 1 frozen banana 1 cup milk or milk alternative 2 tsp. peanut butter Blend until smooth.
Apple Pie Smoothie 1 frozen banana 1/2 peeled chopped apple 1 cup apple juice 1/2tsp. cinammon pinch of nutmeg Blend until smooth.
Pine-Orange-Banana Smoothie 1 frozen banana 1 cup orange juice 1/4cup pineapple Blend until smooth.
My favorite smoothie 1 frozen banana 1 cup almond milk handful frozen berries (optional) 3 -4 dates, pitted and chopped Blend until smooth.
