This is my favorite fruit salad. The amount of the ingredients can be modified to suit your tastes.
Oranges - peeled and cut into chunks Raisins coconut, shredded almonds -chopped honey - to taste
Mix all together and chill for a couple hours for the flavors to blend and serve.
My daughter will eat a whole bowl of this in a day or two.
You can buy plain, shredded coconut at the health food store.
