Dear Friends, I am feeling much better since the fall, I will meet w/my MD soon and get another referral to the Orthopaedic to make sure no bones were damaged in this fall...sure hurts the older I get :-)
I am in need of prayer for a dear family friend, her name is Lyn Stacey, she's in the ICU of the hospital now with undiagnosed lung problems, at first the MD's thought it was blood clots, however, now, they have her on a ventilator and will keep her heavily sedated for the next 2 days to take a biopsy of the lung substance, that has now filled up the left lung. She has 3 children and several grandchildren and is such a loving and devoted prayerful sister in the Lord....
Thank you for your prayers. Love, Sister Penny

Sister Penny! I must have missed something. I didn't know you had taken a fall. I hope you are okay and yes I will pray for Lyn and her family also.

Dear precious Penny,
I will be praying for sister Lyn Stacey! May the Lord raise her up to serve Him in a more powerful way. I've been on deaths door step with failing lungs and God can raise her up from this affliction (any affliction, if it's His will.) May she feel our prayers and be strong in her valley, may she feel the Lord very close to her and live to tell of His faithfulness.
So sorry to hear about your fall. I will lift you too up in prayer, may the Lord heal you quickly and completely! Much love and a big hug.
Love your sister and friend, ~ Darlene ~

Yes, I fell on November 6th, just as I was finishing up shampooing my family room carpet, even with wearing rubber slippers, I stepped on the linoleum and did some stretching I haven't done in many years, it ripped muscle from the bones in my leg, back of the knee and hip....I see my regular MD tomorrow for a 2nd opinion at the Orthopaedic I have used in the past....
I sure walk carefully and lightly now....
Thank you all for the prayers...Lyn sure can use them, the specialists are thinking she could have MRSA (Mersa) that almost incurable virus, she's scheduled for surgery soon to slice open her lungs to clean them out.
God bless, Sister Penny
