Has anyone hear of Poke salat or ever eaten it?
If so list the ways you have used this plant.
We have it growing everywhere here in Tn. It is good and good for you if prepared properly.

Sister Darlene, although poke salad is widely known in the South especially it can be dangerous. It has toxic potential. Let me give you a link to an article on poke salad: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PokeweedIf you decide to try this stuff please be very careful. A lot of people say that it is natural and a plant so it can't be bad for you but I remind you that marijuana is also natural and a plant. It is dangerous. In Christ, George en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pokeweed

forums.gardenweb.com/forums/load/edible/msg0314005117413.htmlHere is a helpful site!
Yes we have some in our fridge right now. It is good for you if prepared properly. Folks have been eating it for a long time. It is a kind of spring tonic that rids the body of toxic build up I hear.
Thank you for the warning!
~ sister Darlene ~I am still interested in hearing of ways people use poke.
