Brother Ben, how about an update on the family? How are you all doing? Are you through the maladies that had beset you some short time ago? How about Sister Darlene's ankle? I know she was going to go to see a doctor but have heard nothing since then.
And the new house...is there any progress in that area?
I continue to pray for the Smith family daily.
In Christ, George

Yes, please update us. I haven't seen Sister Darlene on the board in quite a while. How is she? And the children?

New family pic March 07 Thank you for asking, and for your prayers. I'm sorry we are so preoccupied these days. Darlene went to the doc and they took x-rays and determined that she did not break her ankle, but snapped the tendon. Ouch! Some say it would be better if she broke it because a tendon is so slow to mend. She, after 8 weeks (today,) limps around some, but still has alot of pain. She pretty much has to use crutches still. Please keep my darlin' in your prayers. There is still some lingering illness, I can't wait for nice weahter and wellness. It was nice, but the weather turned here like many other places and it has been cool, damp, and yucky! But, God is good and faithful to keep and bless His children. I spoke to our builder friend the other day, his brother, who is in the building materials industry, is getting a price together on our building package and we should know this week. Please pray that they will a sense of priority about it, we so want to start our framing. We don't want to be in the little (old) rent house next winter, it is very hard. May the Lord add His blessing to all of you this Lord's Day! Brother Ben, Darlene, and Family. Psa 27:13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

Wow, Praise the Lord! Your group really fills out a photo! I should print that out and carry it with me, to show people who think we have a big family. ...By the way, how did you post that? I tried to post a pic of my family, but couldn't figure it out.

Go to ImageShack or PhotoBucket and start an account (you can Google their web site.) Take a photo from your computer, shrink a little in Microsoft Paint so it looks on your screen like an actual 4X6 photo. Upload the photo to your ImageShack/PhotoBucket account. Once it is there you will see some different choices of posting format. Choose the one that starts and ends with the prefix . Paste it in your post, and voila! Try it, if you have other questions ask and we'll give better instructions. Ben
