First I want to say this is not my original recipe, it is from the book Crockpot Light. It is easy to prepare, nutritious and low fat - chicken tenderloins (2lbs. I use alot less because it's just me and hubby and it doesn't make a differencehow much you use)[li
- two cans whole potatoes
- two cans green beans (recipes calls for a bag of frozen but canned is cheaper)
- bottle of light italian dressing - it must be light for the right flavor or it will taste overpowering and you won't be able to tast the food.
Pour a little dressing on the bottom of the crockpot and add the chicken. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Next add the drained cans of potatoes, drained cans of green beads, and if you life add mushrooms (I have used an 8 oz. package or you can use another vegtable or none). Add the remaining salad dressing and cook on low for eight hours or high 4-6 hours. (depending on how much chicken used)
