Rocky Cape's in Tasmania! Here's another Australian church, this one in Queensland: Gympie Anabaptist Fellowship. I think that's probably it in Australia. The Exclusive Brethren have a major presence in Australia but are widely considered by all to be a cult - although their cousins the Open Brethren are pretty solid, I don't know anyone who has a problem with them and I know a number of people from those churches. As far as I understand, headcovering isn't commonly practiced by the Open Brethren these days, but certainly they're very open to it and I think you'd probably find another headcoverer in an Open Brethren church. They're theologically close enough to the Baptists that my college was founded by two conservative Baptist churches and one Open Brethren church. You can read more about them here.
