Hillary Clinton is a "devotee of everything that Planned Parenthood stands for," while Donald Trump is clearly pro-life and would appoint Supreme Court justices who could eventually overturn Roe v. Wade. That much is certainly clear, notes several pro-life leaders.
The third and final presidential debate Wednesday night helped voters understand exactly where each candidate stands on the abortion issue. Donald Trump is pro-life and supports defunding Planned Parenthood if the organization doesn't stop doing abortions. In contrast, Hillary Clinton clearly stated she would appoint liberal Supreme Court justices and federal court judges, in part to preserve the 1973 Supreme Court edict that legalized the termination of infants in the womb:
Clinton: "I strongly support Roe v. Wade, which guarantees a constitutional right to a woman to make the most intimate, most difficult in many cases, decisions about her healthcare that one could imagine .... I do not think the United States government should be stepping in and making those most personal of decisions."
