I really get irritated with women who claim that they have been "called' to be a pastor, preacher etc. I almost had an argument with my mother because she watches TBN and there are these three women whose names I won't mention because, I don't want to appear to be gossiping ( but they are well known )that she just loves. I tried to explain to her that God wouldn't flip flop on His Word and suddenly allow women to teach men but I realized I had to be quiet because I didn't want to argue with her and I didn't want to disrespect her. So I'm wondering why does it appear these women have such flourishing ministries? Maybe they aren't because we don't know what is going on in these women's lives behind the scenes? Why do they think that God has told them to abandon their post as wife and mother to travel around the world and speak to this and that meeting? I feel that the feminazi movement has gone into the church and has totally brainwashed Christian women.

I think you know the obvious scriptures, but I'll post them just in case some come this way.
1Cr 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but [they are commanded] to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
1Cr 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
1Ti 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
1Ti 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1Ti 2:13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
1Ti 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
This is not a hint, this is clear commandment. The passages from Corinthians come right after statements on speaking in a leadership position.
The problem with these women is that they do not obey the Bible. Here is another disobeyed command:
Wives are - [To be] discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. Titus 2:5
I worked with a woman once who claimed to be a Four Square Gospel Church evangelist. I confronted her with these verses and she replied with the following:
Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
However, she failed to receive instruction when I pointed out that in context this verse was talking about salvation, not a call to preach.
She said she didn't care what the Bible said, she knew what she fealt!
Pro 28:26 He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.
Jer 17:9 The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it?
We are not to trust our heart, the thing most affected in woman because they are more emotional than men. How do we verifiy a call of God for any action in our lives?
Psa 119:169 TAU. Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.
A woman preacher is either ignorant or disobedient. Either way she should repent and stop misusing these offices.

Bro Ben, There are times when I see these women in leadership like that, I just want to snatch them bald-headed and peel their false eyelashes off! but in the end God will deal with them. That woman's response to you about not caring what the Bible says is very typical of someone with a rebellious spirit. That's like a girl saying she doesn't care what her parents say, she's going to marry this guy after her parents have said she is not to. I will never ever go into a church that has a woman pastor and if a woman at our church should ever give the sermon, I'll just have to hang out in the nursery
