Here we go again!
I just returned from my oncologists office. According to the last CT scans I had last week I have four more small tumors in my abdomen. Thank God they do not appear to be attached to anything important.
The current game plan is to increase the medication I am currently taking. After three months I will get another set of CT scans. If the tumors have not grown or are actually smaller we will continue that regimen. If the tumors have actually grown we will switch to a new medication that is designed for people that appear to have become resistant to the one I am taking now.
If that medication does not serve to shrink the tumors the next step is more surgery. Oh well...
God certainly has been good to me through all this. I have a very rare form of cancer yet He has provided that I have lived a pretty good life for over 5 years. The only question is whether or not this stuff will actually take my life at some time. I want to go to heaven but not that way.
Your prayers are coveted.
In Christ, George

George,
Prayers for your current medication to work good and all to get back to normal. Fear not, as Jesus used to say all the time! You'll heal up fine; see, your face has been healing nicely since the burn, so can you heal everywhere else.

Bro. George, I will remember you in my prayers. Would you be willing to take a look at this site? www.healingdaily.com/detoxification-diet/vitamin-b-17-laetrile.htmIt is about vitamin B 17 and cancer. My sister-in-law was able to overcome cancer with this information. Perhaps it can help you, too. Oh, and please excuse the reference to "primitive man". I believe man did these things in centuries past because they were wiser, not more primitive! Blessings and health to you, sis tammy

Thank you for your prayers sisters. They are helping more than you could know. As to my face, it is almost completely healed. I have had a few people remark about how rapidly it healed from all the burns. You and I now the reason for the speed of the healing and I have not shied away from telling anyone who remarks how the power of prayer has helped so much.
For the past four or five days I have felt much better. I am still very fatigued from the side effects of my medications. However the other problems I have had seem to have been abated. I return to my oncologist in a couple of weeks for an evaluation. If I am really struggling with side effects we shall look at some medications to help with them.
I do not really like to use so many medications and especially taking something to combat something else. However in order to help the healing process it is necessary until God decides to remove the tumors from my body once again. In the very beginning of this trial I completely turned the whole thing over to the Lord and my doctors.
Thank you again for your prayers. they are most appreciated. I know there are a couple of you here who have been going through great struggles of your own. It is a wonderful example of the Christian attitude that when we are in dire straits ourselves we can take the time to pray for others.
In Christ, George

Dear Brother George, I was thinking of you much in prayer this week. You are such an example of rock solid Faith!! and I shall pray for healing of course and also that God will place people in your path who are crying out to hear the Truth, coz they'll hear it from you! I hope the treatment is successful and swiftly. Blessings, Sister Allene <><
