Thank you for asking. The burns are about 99 44/100% cured. I have just a few very small places that are still not completely healed.
I am struggling with the side effects of the increased medication I have to take. However as long as I keep my eyes on the Lord and not on George it is not too bad. I go to see my oncologist in about 2 weeks. At that time if the side effects are still really bad we may start looking at some ways to combat them.
God has been so good to me. I am over 5 years now as a cancer survivor. Most cancer patients don't make it near that long.
In Christ, George

Dear Brothers & Sisters,
In regard to tumors and other maladies in the body, I think we've to some degree lost sight of just how "fearfully and wonderfully made" that we are. A lot of times, the body does take care of stuff that we probably don't even know we have half the time - especially if it doesn't affect the way we feel and cause us to have to go to the doctor.
I read somewhere years ago that the medical establishment was doing autopsies on some real old deceased people who had not gone to the doctor much in their lives, and the autopsies showed that there was scarring in different organs that indicated that the body had actually shed tumors by itself without the knowledge of the person when it happened.
Of course, I'm not telling anyone to avoid medical care or let anyone put them under the "faith healing" law, which can be extremely stressful and domineering. Doctors have their place (I think some of them probably ought to be doing some other kind of work, but then that's another story), and health care is a personal decision.
Just wanted to share that bit of information. I have no doubt that it's true.
Wanda
