Hello Everyone!
Is anyone aware of the book called "Nourishing Traditions" By Sally Fallon? It has excellent advice on coconut oils, olive oils and red palm oils...AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!!
We have been using these oils now for several months and love the healthy results.
We learned about the old fashioned way of making pickles and souerkraut using whey and sea salt fermentation. Sooo easy and Yummy!
Lovingly in our Saviour, Sarah

Sarah~
I have made a little cheese. What type are you making? Our goats are due to freshen any day and I am so ready to get back into making cheese and drinking fresh milk again!

Hello Amy, I'm sorry it took so long to answer your question...
We are going to be using cow's milk from an organic dairy near us. We are planning to learn from some friends how to make cheddar cheese.
I would love to make cottage cheese and other soft cheeses... It's all in the learning stages.
Would love advice!
love,
