conditioner for hair 1 part Shea Butter 1 part Conditioner 1/2 part Oil A few drops of essential oils that compliment your hair type and scent preference Mix all ingredients together well. If your Shea has been melted, you may have to chill the mixture a bit before you can get it to blend. Fox uses Shea at room temperature (ditto for me--it worked great--it was too hard out of the refrigerator). Once mixed, place in a small, sealed container. Use a pea-sized amount on the lower length of your hair. If applied to damp hair, it may feel sticky. Once your hair is dry, however, your hair will feel very soft and silky (I can vouch for this). brown sugar scrub 4 tbsp brown sugar 1/4 cup oil (any veggie oil, cooking oil, almond oil, olive oil) 1/2 tbsp honey (helps sugar dissolve late) mix well, use as a scrub. brown sugar is my favourite. sometimes when i run out of brown sugar i use white cane sugar. i use this even on freshly shaved legs. people with sensitive skin might want to add whole milk powder to soften it. milk has AHA. sugar has AHA. both are good exfoliators. budget101.com/for_the_ladies.htm#basic_cold_cream_the above web site has more than a few reciepes for homemade products for hair and more... glenda
