There is a local Baptist congregation that has a woman pastor. The pastor recently revealed to some of us at my church that she does not believe women should do what she does and that she became a pastor due to pressure. She is married and her husband apparently has been ok with her being a pastor.
What do y'all think? Should she step down/resign immediately or should she try to keep control until she can pass the flock on?

I think it's her husband that should be pastor or leader on a pastoral team as my husband is. I would not be a pastor and if she's uncomfortable with it, then perhaps that's the Holy Spirit talking to her.

I think that since she is clearly out of
God's will and not really a pastor. She should resign immediately.

IMO if she obeys God immediately, He will provide abundantly for the church's need.
