He's trying to do this by stealth. ISIS is killing Christians and he does nothing because he's trying to kill Christian ministries.

President Barack Obama is pushing a change in policy that will force faith-based charities to hire members of the LGBT community — despite their religious objections — if they want to remain eligible for federal funding.According to a federal government source leaking information to the Friday Fax, the White House is stealthily moving its plan to further champion its homosexual agenda.
“The policy change is linked to an executive order President Obama issued last July that prohibits federal contractors from discriminatory hiring practices based on sexual orientation and gender identity,” the Center for Family and Human Rights(C-Fam) reports. “Faith-based groups were already wrestling with that order.”
Liberty Counsel says the president’s order attempted to circumnavigate religious protections intended by Congress.
“[The order was focused on] requiring federal contractors to provide what Congress refused to pass, namely civil rights status for sexual behavior or subjective gender identity.” Liberty Counsel states. “Now, Obama is reportedly adding the ‘sexual orientation and gender identity’ mandate to humanitarian groups which receive federal grants, as well.”
No religious group left unturned
The Obama administration is now making sure that faith groups slipping between the cracks can no longer evade hiring homosexuals against their sincerely held religious beliefs.
“Things are about to get exponentially worse for faith-based groups who perform humanitarian tasks and receive not contracts but financial grants for doing so,” C-Fam’s Austin Ruse pointed out. “Though the executive order last summer was specifically related to federal procurement and contracts, it did not touch grant recipients that substantially outnumber contract recipients.”
Faith-based organizations reliant on federal grants are now operating on borrowed time before they will either be forced to hire LGBT individuals or to look for new ways to help fund their humanitarian aid — or shut their doors for good.
“However, the White House has recently directed federal agencies to include the ‘sexual orientation and gender identity’ clause in all grant agreements,” Ruse added. “The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has agreed to make this change and is said to be weeks away from implementation.”
This aggressive pro-LGBT move is being fast-tracked, leaving many faith-based groups little time to prepare for impending doom.
“The source added that federal agencies are being pressured to make this change without a subsequent executive order and that the State Department legal office has advised the White House that this is not a legal matter but a matter of policy,” Ruse informed. “The implication of this change would be devastating to those most in need if charitable organizations have to end programs in the poorest regions around the globe if they no longer are eligible for government grants.”
Last line of defense
Grasping at straws, some faith-based groups might look to one law as a last resort to keep their doors open.
“One defense left to faith-based groups would be a claim under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act,” C-Fam pointed out. “But the problem with that is it would be the grant recipient who would have to make the claim and take the government to court. This would be a long and costly proposition and success would be far from certain.”
Much pressure is being administered by the Left to make sure the homosexual agenda trumps religious freedom.
“The White House has been under pressure from Democratic Congressman Bobby Scott and others to remove the religious exemption altogether from the Johnson-era executive order that President Obama amended last summer to include gays,” Ruse explains. “The Friday Fax was informed that some federal agencies are hesitant to make the change, but because of pressure coming from the White House, are reluctant to say no.”
Pro-LGBT business as usual
This pro-LGBT maneuvering is just the latest attempt by the president to make sure the rights of the homosexual community trump religious freedoms.
“This change is just the latest of a series of religious liberty challenges directed at charitable organizations by the Obama administration,” Ruse impressed. “Last December — on Christmas Eve — the Obama administration posted notice that charitable organizations that work with refugee children entering the United States must include sexual and reproductive health services that could include contraception and abortion.”
Ruse reexamined Obama’s intent that he made clear one year ago, which was called out by religious groups.
“Last July, President Obama’s executive order prohibiting federal contractors from discriminating in the hiring of persons identifying as lesbian, gays, bisexuals and transgender — did not exempt religious organizations,” Ruse recounted. “At the time of the announcement, two Bishop-Chairmen with the U.S. Catholic Bishop’s conference immediately rebuked the order stating it was ‘unprecedented and extreme and should be opposed.’”
The implications of the Obama administration’s attack on the religious freedoms of faith-based groups are said to be far-reaching.
“Faith-based organizations are providing assistance in communities across America, such as adoption, youth centers, child care and development programs, youth counseling, shelter and much more,” Liberty Counsel explains. “Not only will Christian youth programs be required to hire homosexuals, the facilities will be required to open housing, locker rooms and restrooms to people of the opposite sex who subjectively say they are the opposite of their obvious biological sex.”
Liberty Counsel — a Christian legal organization with attorneys working out of the nation’s capital — contends that under the Obama administration, the government is now in the business of putting religious groups out of business.
“Christian organizations cannot offer biblical counseling and, at the same time, hire people who do not follow the Bible and their doctrinal positions on human sexuality,” Liberty Counsel contends. “Ultimately, this LGBT regulation is going to cause irreparable harm to the children and the needy.”
