Dear Brethren, We have been waiting a long time for this day. The supply company is dropping off the lumber Tuesday, the trusses on Wednesday, and we begin framing. Twenty-three brothers from the Christian (plain) community are coming out Thursday morning and are aiming at completely framing, setting the trusses, and drying in the the house...in one day!
Here's what I need...PRAYER!
We need good weather. It is January, things can change fast in Tennessee. Please ask Father for good weather, all the materials to show up, and for His hand of blessing on the workers and their safety.
Thank you, Bro. BenHere are some of the young men from that same community.

Praise God Brother Ben! I can only imagine your excitement. It has been a long time and of course you shall have my prayers as requested. What a blessing it is to have Christian brothers like that.
In Christ, George

It brought me some joy seeing the brethren work together for a common goal. I have prayed...I have been to Tennessee and the weather changed overnight quite a bit...

I want ya'll to put extra prayer toward this becasue three men at my work, (all professing Christians, none are in my opinion,) have been real negative and say we are going to get snowed or rained out. Strangely, those who are not professing Christians are excited about it. I really don't care what the National Weather Service says (though I think NOAA is a neat organization,) I have a Father who makes the weather! Ask the Lord to show Himself strong in this for a testimony to His glory.

Brother Ben, May the Lord give you suitable weather to work in and safety for all. The weather may change fast in Tenn. but here in Montana we have the saying " If you don't like the weather just wait 5 min. it will be different" Brother you don't know how I wish I could just load up my work trailer and come and help you build your house. My prayers and spirit will be with you just the same. Brother Randy

Thanks for the encouraging words. I was down at the property yesterday and they had delivered everything but the trusses, they come today (I hope.) Continue to pray when you think about it. We are going to try to get down there early tomorrow and have a fire and a pot of coffee going.

Brother Ben, I realize you are most likely pretty busy but I was wondering if everything came together with the trusses and all? When you get time you must share with us and if you can some photos. I am so pleased things are coming together after such a long period of time. God does still answer prayers.
In Christ, George

I want to extend a word of thanks to those of you who kept our project in prayer. The weather...well...it wasn't so great, but it didn't even phase these men and they worked faithfully. For pictures look in Testimonies under God is Building Us A House!
