Has anyone noticed that in Revelation there seem to be 3 different marks that if you receive them, they are of the beast. Most of the world only speaks of the three 6's, but look at this passage: Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Notice, it says "had the mark" OR "the name" OR "the number" Seems most people have missed these other marks and will accept them without hesitation since it is not three 6's. Also verse 16 of this chapter talks about being in the forehead or in the right hand. There are 2 different places it could be. And which "right" hand....is it the hand WE consider our right or the hand a person standing in front of us would see as being ON the right? I think it is the actual right hand. What do you all think?

Welcome to our site! Good to meet you brother. Bro. Ben speaks well of you. We hope to meet you some day. May the Lord bless your time here.
Thank you for pointing this out. Very interesting! I never really thought of it before. I have read over this passage many times before.
Most christians do not ever really study much about the book of the Revelation, because they think they will be raptured out before all the rest happens, and that it just does not really pertain to them.
The Lord strongly prompted me to study and read about the book of the Revelation about one year ago. It's pretty deep. I have read studied and reread over quite a few times I learn something new each time. It's sobering and thought provoking.
Christians should study and pray and prepare themselves. Christians need to be sober minded and seek the Lord and learn to hear His voice and walk with Him and purify their lives. One cannot fill their eyes, mind and daily walk with carnal things and empty things and also walk with God in fullness. We must purge out the time wasters and vain things and carnal things and focus on what is truly important and eternal. Our walk with God, Our influence for God in others lives, our family, friends, acquaintances, the lost. There is plenty to fill our days with that is eternal and have a wonderful time serving our Lord. A life lived for Jesus is exciting and very rewarding. Christians need to stop making excuses for sin and get right with God.
May the Lord Bless your day, ~ sister Darlene ~
